Mary Davids is the owner of D&M Consulting Services, LLC, a career and brand strategy development firm created to help ambitious entrepreneurs and business professionals. She specializes in assisting clients in sending a clear message about their value and land new opportunities.

Her clients include CEOs, philanthropists, public speakers, relationship experts, financial strategists, business consultants, and other power professionals.

Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s in human resource management from Nova Southeastern University. She is a coach for the Forbes Coaches Council and currently serves as co-chair fo the Women in Business Council for Hallandale Beach Chamber of Commerce. She is the Immediate past president of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resource, South Florida Chapter.

Mary is a member of the Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Legacy Magazine recently named her one of their 40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.
