The organizational goals include leveraging diverse suppliers to reflect Nationwide members, workforce and the community.

Since joining Nationwide, Didi’s creativity and passion for an inclusive supply chain ecosystem, has resulted in triple-digit increase in RF(x) activities for diverse suppliers, double-digit increases in executed contracts with diverse suppliers and a double-digit increase in diverse spend.

Over the last five years, Nationwide has spent more than $1.5 billion with diverse suppliers and small business, developed and prepared more than 500 diverse suppliers who are ready to participate in any Fortune 1000 supply chain opportunity, established meaningful strategic relationships with the major certification third-party organizations, sponsored national supplier diversity conferences and mentored several diverse suppliers.
