Wil Lewis heads is a diversity and inclusion executive and heads global disability & LGBT strategies for Bank of America.  Additionally, he has responsibility for the firm’s global employee networks, comprising more than 280 chapters in 40 countries with 125,000+ members.

Before joining the diversity & inclusion team, Wil was head of talent acquisition for Bank of America’s Consumer Bank.  Wil’s team drove recruiting activity for nearly 5,800 banking centers across the US with over 25,000 hires a year. During his tenure, Wil also led executive recruitment.   

Wil joined Bank of America in 2006 from the LaSalle acquisition where he was head of talent acquisition for LaSalle Bank and ABN Amro North America. 

Wil is committed to driving diversity in the workplace. He served as an executive sponsor to Latino, African American, and Native American affinity groups. He also serves on the board of Disability: IN and is co-chair of its advisory board consisting of more the 50 fortune 500 companies committed to driving equality for individuals with disabilities.  Wil is a graduate of Drake University.
