Angela is the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer. In this role she oversees the development, implementation and operation of all corporate diversity and inclusion strategic programs, procedures and policies to maintain a culture of inclusion and strong external diversity partnerships and brand. A career Nationwider, Angela has demonstrated strong leadership, a deep background in strategic planning, project management and claims with extensive knowledge of P&C operations. Angela has been an active participant and strong proponent of our diversity and inclusion efforts over the years. She most recently served as the associate vice president for property and casualty staff administration with previous leadership positions including associate vice president for the Midwest Claim Zone and associate vice president for claims strategy. Angela is also active in the community and currently serves on the Steering Committee for the United Way of Delaware County – Women’s Leadership Network and the Risk Management and Insurance Board of Advisors at Franklin University. Angela has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a MBA, both from Franklin University.
