Candi Castleberry Singleton is responsible for Twitter’s drive to partner with external organizations to advance collaboration and inclusivity in the industry and our communities. She is the founder of the award-winning Dignity & Respect Campaign, which has helped organizations and communities create more inclusive environments. She also created The Bolted-On to Built-In Model™ featured in her chapter of “Crossing the Divide” (Harvard Business Press). The model has helped transition companies from compliance-driven processes led by HR to integrated activities that shift the responsibility for achieving an inclusive culture to every employee. Singleton’s experience in sales and product marketing shaped approach to partnership. She has developed successful strategies and initiatives in technology, telecommunications, and healthcare, including Xerox, Sun Microsystems, Motorola, UPMC, Walgreens, and Twitter. Singleton has served as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University. She received an EMBA from Pepperdine, a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, and completed the Stanford Executive Human Resources program. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and has a strong commitment to making the world a better place through advocacy and volunteerism.
