Lauren Maillian’s diverse career spans the beverage, consumer brand, marketing, tech, and venture capital industries. She recently served as the chief strategy officer of Province Brands, an innovative luxury cannabis beverage company, where she provided strategic counsel on business and brand development. Previously, Maillian was a founding partner at Gen Y Capital Partners, an early stage venture firm focused on technology-enabled companies. At age 19, she co-founded and served as COO of an award-winning winery, making her the youngest self-made winery owner in the country. Through LMB Group, her strategic marketing and brand advisory company, Maillian succeeds as a change agent and influencer, creating messaging that resonates with millennials and women. She has worked with J.P. Morgan Chase, DeVry, Cover Girl, Bumble and Bumble, and others to tell their stories and more authentically connect with the consumer.
